BEACH FRONT Cafés and Modular Kitchens

Customer Approach: The Pacific Sands Beach Resort sought an organization to design and build a new destination development. The parking lot drew the attention of Pacific Sands, who, in turn, approached Hawkers to convert the vacant space into a vibrant resort feature.

Hawkers Solution: Hawkers partnered with Pacific Sands to design and build a modular café and bespoke custom commercial kitchen. By embracing the principles of meanwhile spaces, the Hawker Box achieved the ideal fusion of adaptability and creativity. Through the Hawker Box, the repurposed vacant lot was ready to evolve into a dynamic hub.

The Beach Shack Café was the result of this project. The café a testament to the spirit of meanwhile use projects and placemaking. The modular café was a perfect addition to Pacific Sands' tourism development and introduced micro-retail amenities to their breathtaking coastal backdrop.
